2. Budgets and financials ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအပြင် food & beverage လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အထူးကောင်းမွန်သော လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုဆိုင်ရာအသိပညာနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကိုစံချိန်စံညွှန်းများနှင့်အညီလိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။

d. To ensure that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems, including issuing against dockets, sales analysis, menu costing and cash checks.
