Since 2009, 'it' was established as a neighborhood tea house in Kan Road, which has grown to be a bigger eatery due to increasing customer demands and need, that makes today's'it' Express Food Villa a well-known business in Yangon and other towns.
Main types of cuisines that are sold includes traditional breakfast and lunch, Chit Tee rice and curry, Indian food, Tea/Coffee and Chinese food throughout the day.
