  • Retail လုပ်ငန်းစုကို သိရှိနားလည်ပြီး အရောင်းအတွေ့အကြုံ၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမူကောင်းကောင်းနှင့် မိမိ Team တစ်ခုလုံးကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • မိမိ Retail Shop အား Sales Target ပြည့်မှီစွာ ရောင်းချနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Sales Floor Management ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိတာဝန်ယူထားသည့်ဆိုင်၏ Inventory ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာကို ကောင်းစွာ စီမံညွှန်ကြားနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Management မှပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များအား တိကျသေချာစွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ကောင်းစွာစီမံအုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ 
  • Microsoft Word, Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Email , Gmail, Internet အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက် ( ၂၆ ) နှစ် မှ ( ၃၀) နှစ်အတွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ  အနည်းဆုံး( ၃ )နှစ် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ 
  • Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
