Job Summary
Leomise Technology Company Limited တွင် Sales Admin အဖြစ် Sales နှင့် Business Development အဖွဲ့ကို အထောက်အကူပြုပြီး customer communication, order follow-up နှင့် sales documentation များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။

Key Responsibilities
● Customer များ၏ inquiry များကို လက်ခံဖြေကြားပြီး လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကို အချိန်မီ ပေးပို့ခြင်း
● Sales team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ quotation, invoice, order follow-up နှင့် related tasks များကို စီမံခြင်း
● Client data, sales records နှင့် report များကို တိကျစွာ update လုပ်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
● အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွက် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စများကို ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီခြင်း
● အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွင်း ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်စွာဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းများ အချိန်မီ ပြီးစီးစေရန် ပံ့ပိုးခြင်း

Job Requirements

● တက္ကသိုလ်တက်ရောက်ပြီးသူ သို့မဟုတ် ဘွဲ့ရ ဖြစ်ရမည်
● Sales, Admin သို့မဟုတ် Inside Sale အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေး
● Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
● စာရင်းအင်းနှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို တိကျစွာ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်
● ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အဖွဲ့လိုက် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
● စိတ်ရှည်၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်
● Entry Level လျှောက်ထားသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်
