• Sales & Marketing Strategy များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး လစဉ် Sales Target ကို ပြည့်မီအောင် ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရန် • Market Research ပြုလုပ်၍ Customer Trend, Competitor Analysis များကို ချမှတ်နိုင်ရန် • Promotion Campaigns, Digital Marketing Activities များကို စီမံကိန်းရေးဆွဲပြီး အကျိုးပြုအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် • Sales Team ကို လမ်းညွှန်ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Team Performance ကို အမြဲတိုးတက်အောင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရန် • Customer Relationship ကို ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းကျင့်သုံးနိုင်ရန် • အထက်လွှတ် ချိတ်ဆက်တင်ပြဆဲ Report များ၊ Monthly Sales Report & Planning များကို တိကျပြည့်စုံအောင် ရေးဆွဲတင်ပြနိုင်ရန်

• Sale & Marketing Sector တွင် အနည်းဆုံး 1နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ • Supervisor/Leader Role တွင် လုပ်နေဖူးသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည် • Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်၍ Teamwork နဲ့ Leadership Skill အား ထောက်ပြနိုင်သူ • Microsoft Office, Social Media Marketing Toolsများ အသုံးပြုတတ်သူ • Customer Handling & Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ • စိတ်ရှည်လက်ရှည်ဖြစ်ပြီး တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိသူ
