● အရောင်းပန်းတိုင်များ ပြည့်မီအောင် အဖွဲ့နှင့်အတူ စီမံကွပ်ကဲ၍ နေ့စဉ် အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
● ဖောက်သည်အသစ်များရှာဖွေ၍ လက်ရှိဖောက်သည်များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
● အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် စျေးကွက်အခြေအနေများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲတင်ပြရန်
● အဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို လမ်းညွှန်ပေး၍ အရောင်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် တိုးတက်အောင် coaching ပေးရန်
● ကုမ္ပဏီမူဝါဒများနှင့် အရောင်းနည်းလမ်းများကို လိုက်နာပြီး ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ်အဆင့်ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်ရန်

Job Requirements

  • တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ရ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • အရောင်းအဖွဲ့အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်
  • Business, Marketing, Management သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်များ ဦးစားပေးပါမည်
  • Computer basic ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Telegram, Trello စသည်တို့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Supervisor / Team Leader အဖြစ် အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေး
  • Construction, Engineering, Water Treatment, Machinery, Industrial Product အရောင်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ပိုမိုသင့်တော်ပါသည်
  • Customer follow-up, quotation, negotiation, contract process များကို နားလည်ရမည်
