- Purchase order များကို Customer ဆီမှ လက်ခံခြင်း နှင့် order process များလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။

- Sales transaction invoices များထုတ်ခြင်း။

- Order များကို စီစစ်ခြင်း၊ customers' information များစု‌ဆောင်းခြင်း၊ Payments များအား Detail ကျကျ မှတ်သားခြင်း။

- Customer များအား ဖုန်း (သို့) email ဖြင့် ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်း၊ Customer enquires များအား‌ဖြေကြားခြင်း၊ Missing information များအားမှတ်သားခြင်း။

- Sales and customer records များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း နှင့် update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

- အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုခြင်း။

- အရောင်းဌာနအား အခြားသော စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များဖြင့် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်ပါက payment Follow လိုက်ပေးခြင်း။
