• ကျောင်းစုံစမ်းသူများ လိုအပ်သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို SOP အတိုင်း အပြည့်အဝ မှန်ကန်စွာပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• Customer Care ကောင်းပြီး Complaints များကို အပြုသဘောဆောင်ပြီး စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
• စကားပြောပြေပြစ်ပြီး ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အကောင်းမြင်စိတ်ရှိပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
