  • Sales Team ကို နေ့စဉ်အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် Support ပေးခြင်း
  • Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းမှုများကို ဖုန်း၊ Chat၊ Email နှင့် အခြား Communication Channels များမှတစ်ဆင့် ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း
  • Sales Order, Quotation, Invoice နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Sales Documents များကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Customer Information နှင့် Sales Data များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
  • Stock Availability နှင့် Delivery Status များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် Coordinate ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Sales Team ၏ Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Report များ ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးခြင်း
  • Existing Customer များနှင့် Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Customer Relationship ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Sales Target ရရှိရန် Sales Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Customer Complaint နှင့် Feedback များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးပြီး Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Manager မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြား Sales-related Tasks များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Sales Assistant / Sales Admin / Customer Service ပိုင်းတွင် 1–2 years အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • Fresh Graduate များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Customer Service Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်
  • စနစ်တကျ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး Detail-oriented ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Time Management နှင့် Follow-up Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်
