• Showroom သို့ လာရောက်သော Customer များအား Professional ကျကျ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်
• Customer ၏ လျှပ်စစ်သုံးစွဲမှုနှင့် Backup လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Inverter / Battery / Solar System များ အကြံပြုပေးရန်
• Quotation နှင့် Sales Proposal များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရန်
• စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိသော Customer များအား ပုံမှန် Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Sales အဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲရန်
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Monthly / Annual Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
• Customer Relationship နှင့် After-Sales Service များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံရန်
• Junior Sales Staff များအား Product Knowledge နှင့် Sales Techniques များ မျှဝေကူညီရန်

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• Solar / Inverter / Battery / Electrical Product Sales ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 2–3 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• Inverter, Battery နှင့် Solar System Product များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
• Basic Electrical Knowledge နှင့် Load Calculation နားလည်ပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်
• Communication, Negotiation နှင့် Sales Closing Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
• Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး Customer Handling ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
• တက်ကြွ၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး Teamwork & Leadership Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
• High-value Solar / Inverter / Battery Sales နှင့် Corporate Customer Handling အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
