  • Develop and implement effective nationwide sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and oversee sales teams across multiple branches, ensuring strong performance, customer satisfaction, and consistent sales results.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key customer accounts, negotiate and close large-scale agreements, and deliver timely solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Development, and Planning teams to ensure brand consistency, product availability, and smooth procurement processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch and showroom operations, including distribution, customer service, supplier negotiations, and coordination with factories for assembly.
  • Manage CRM platforms and sales processes to retain customers, identify new market opportunities, and expand market penetration.
  • Drive team development through training, coaching, and motivation, ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred).

  • Ages between 25 and 45 years old.

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant sales or leadership experience, preferably in trading, automotive, or related 2-Wheel, 3-Wheel Automotive industries.

  • Strong skills in teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, time management, reporting, and inventory control.

  • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities with strong people management and coaching skills.

  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve problems effectively under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and ERP/CRM or inventory systems
