Customer များထံ ပုံမှန်သွားရောက်ပြီး Sales တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Customer လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Product များနှင့် Solution များ ပေးအပ်ခြင်း။
Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Coffee Product များ၊ Brand နှင့် Company အကြောင်း လေ့လာနားလည်ထားခြင်း။
Sales Team နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး Customer Feedback နှင့် Market Information များကို Report တင်ပြခြင်း။

အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ Fresh Graduates များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
အသက် ၂၀ နှစ်အထက် ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Coffee Industry တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Production Equipment များ အသုံးပြုခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ အခြေခံနားလည်မှုရှိရမည်။
စက်ပစ္စည်းများတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်သည့် ပြဿနာများကို သတိပြုဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Communication နှင့် Teamwork Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
အခြေခံ Computer အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
