Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team (Includes warehouse sales staff).
• Set sales targets and monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with optical shops, beauty retailers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with warehouse & operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Handle key client accounts and resolve customer issues quickly.
