  • Sales Team ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲရမည်။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Sales Plan များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရမည်။
  • Sales Staff များအား လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ ခွဲဝေပေးပြီး Performance ကို စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ရမည်။
  • Customer အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် လက်ရှိ Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးရမည်။
  • Sales Team ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ၊ Customer Feedback နှင့် Market Information များကို စုစည်းတင်ပြရမည်။
  • Sales Promotion နှင့် Marketing Activities များတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Sales Report များကို နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် ပြုစုတင်ပြရမည်။
  • Sales Team ၏ ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးပြီး Team Performance တိုးတက်စေရန် လမ်းညွှန်ပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sales ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 2–3 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Customer များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Sales Target နှင့် KPI များကို နားလည်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Leadership Skill ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
