Job DescriptionPosted: 25 Sep 2025

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts for one service department.
Coordinating accounting functions, preparing financial analyses and reports for respective team.
Investigating and resolving operation issue, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets by variance analysis
Check & arrange daily payment & receipt comply with operation standard amount and follow finance SOP
Keep & control employee advance, weekly departmental budget, Inventory list, Maintenance log book
Maintain daily payment and receipt vouchers, check physical cash balance and prepare cash domination daily
Go to bank for receiving cash transfer from HO and other banking process if necessary
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting operation team as required or assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree and Diploma In Accounting (LCCI level III or ACCA)
Able to handle the full function to Final accounts.
At least 3 year working experiences in accounting professional.
Able to work under pressure and acceptable for any assignment & challenges.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Experience in ERP Odoo system or other accounting software
Independent and fast learner, Self-motivated and high problem solving skill
