Job Descriptions

- Structure work, Archi work(Finishing) နှင့် M&E လုပ်ငန်းအားလုံးကိုလဲသိရှိနားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Site Planning နှင့် Scheduling ကိုလဲအသေအချာ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Project Team တစ်ခုလုံးအား Project Schedule အတွင်းအချိန်မှီ ပြီးစီးအောင်စီမံညွှန်ကြားနိုင်သည့် အရည် အသွေးရှိရမည်။
- တည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းအားကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအရည်းအသွေး(QA/QC)နှင့် တိုးတက်မှုရှိအောင် ဆောင် ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Design Engineer, Consultant ဌာနဆိုင်ရာများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သောတင်ပြဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှု၊ အခက်အခဲဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မှုကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်။
- ကန်ထရိုက်နှင့် လေဘာများ၊ Site Engineer များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာ Supervise လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

- B.E (Civil) ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသက် (၃၅) နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- အထပ်မြင့်အဆောက်အဦးများနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။

- လုပ်ငန်းအောင်မြင်ရေးအတွက် အခက်အခဲနှင့် ဖိအားများရင်ဆိုင်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်ပင်ပန်းမှုဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ရမည်။
- Team Work နှင့်ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရ မည်။
- နယ်ဆိုဒ်များတွင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
