Find the potential site around the city for new store township by township.
Collect the data for following facts like Rent fees, Power meter or Single meter, Site measurement.
Taking photo & video indoor & outdoor of the building.
Check competitor, take record and collect data of competitor.
Site survey counting by per day & per week, one time in two hours.
Reporting ground scouting information around the site to line manager via presentation.
Make presentation with PP for new potential site in every week and report to line manager & HOD.
Have to inquire detail information for initial rent, Meter, & contract from landlord.
Communicate & inform to leasing team for contact detail of landlord.
Delegated and reliable for all data keep and recorded.
Obedient and good communication with internal department.
Good at concentrating and checking data and file keeping.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in related field will be preferable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, retail background will be advantage.
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
Honesty, Hardworking and Good Teamwork
Can work under pressure and must travel within Regional Area.
