ပြင်ဦးလွင်၊ မန္တလေးတိုင်းတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် အချိန်ပြည့် Site QS Engineer (သို့မဟုတ် မြေတိုင်းအင်ဂျီနီယာ) ရာထူး 1 နေရာစာအတွက် အလိုရှိသည်။

• Details BOQ, Details measurement တိုတွက်ချက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Tender (အစိုးရ၊ ပုဂ္ဂလိက) တွက်ချက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Subcontractor / Supplier တိုနှင့် ပြောဆိုနိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။

• ပြင်ဦးလွင်မြို ရှိ Siteတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

• B.E(Civil) /A.G.T.I(Civil)ဘွဲရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ၃ နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။

• အစိုးရလုပ်ငန်းစာရင်းစစ် အစစ်ဆေးခံနိုင်သည့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။

• Resident လူနေအိမ်၊အဆောက်အဦး Low/High Rise အထပ်မြင့်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
