• Marketing, Communication, Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် Related Field ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။• Social Media Management အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။• Content Writing Skills နှင့် Creative Thinking ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express သို့မဟုတ် Related Design Tools များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။• Facebook Ads နှင့် Digital Marketing Knowledge ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။• English Reading & Writing Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။• Trend Awareness ရှိပြီး Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
