  • နေ့စဉ် Stock အဝင်/အထွက်စာရင်းများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
  • ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်စာရင်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိမှု၊ ထုတ်ပေးမှုများကို Invoice၊ Delivery Note၊ Stock Request များနှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Stock Card နှင့် စာရင်းစာအုပ်များကို Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် Stock Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း
  • Physical Stock Count ပြုလုပ်ပြီး စာရင်းနှင့် လက်တွေ့ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Stock အလျော့အတင်း၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးမှုနှင့် စာရင်းကွာဟမှုများကို ရှာဖွေစစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • ပစ္စည်းများကို အမျိုးအစားခွဲခြား၍ စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထားရှိမှုကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Warehouse/Store နှင့် Accounting Department ကြား စာရင်းအချက်အလက်များကို ပူးပေါင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • အထက်လူကြီးမှ ပေးအပ်သော Stock & Accounting ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Accounting, Finance သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့/ဒီပလိုမာ ရရှိထားသူ
  • Store Accountant / Stock Accountant / Warehouse Accountant အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး
  • Stock Control နှင့် Inventory Accounting အခြေခံသဘောတရားများ နားလည်သူ
  • Excel နှင့် Microsoft Office အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
  • Stock Card၊ Invoice၊ Voucher နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သူ
  • ဂဏန်းတွက်ချက်မှု တိကျပြီး အသေးစိတ်ဂရုစိုက်တတ်သူ
  • Stock စာရင်းကွာဟမှုများကို စစ်ဆေးဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်သူ
  • ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် အလုပ်စည်းကမ်းကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • လိုအပ်ပါက Physical Stock Count နှင့် Warehouse စစ်ဆေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ
