Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Works directly with students to support processes and solve problems related to registration, payments, exams and complaints
Oversees assessments and placement testing for new students as needed
Arrange and monitor the classes
Provides guidance to students to ensure that they follow the rules and regulations as they relate to course of study
Serves as coordinator between students, lectures and parents
Assist lecturers with their course materials and exams
Supports students in completing all necessary forms for graduation
Consulting the students/parents about respective course/program
Assist in preparing marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers etc.) for the programs, liaising with the relevant academic staff
Maintain confidentiality regarding all student data and information
Other Duties as assigned
