Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using.
Answering customer's questions about products or the company.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree
At least 2 year of experience in related position.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Computer, Email & Internet must be skillfully used (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point,etc..)
Under pressure and team work.
