• Phone Call / Messenger / များဖြင့် Customer များအား Baby Products များကို မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချခြင်း • Page Admin / Marketing Team မှ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးသော Leads များကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း • Product Usage, Safety, Price, Promotion Info များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ရှင်းပြခြင်း • Customer Need ကို နားလည်ပြီး သင့်တော်သော Product Recommendation ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း • Order Confirmation, Delivery Info, Payment Method များကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ပြောကြားခြင်း • Daily / Weekly Call Log & Sales Report ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း • Repeat Customer ဖြစ်လာအောင် After-sales Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း • Customer Complaint များကို သင့်တော်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team သို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း

• Tele Sales / Call Center / Customer Service အတွေ့အကြုံ 1–3 နှစ် ရှိသူ • Burmese Communication ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ • Phone Sales & Closing Skill ရှိသူ • Baby Products / FMCG / Consumer Goods Sales အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည် • Basic Computer Skill
