Warehouse Operations

• နေ့စဉ် Warehouse လုပ်ငန်းများဖြစ်သော ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံခြင်း၊ သိုလှောင်ခြင်း၊ Picking နှင့် Dispatch Process များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Inventory Control နှင့် Stock Accuracy မှန်ကန်မှုရှိစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
• Warehouse အတွင်း စနစ်တကျထားရှိမှု၊ သန့်ရှင်းမှုနှင့် Safety Standards များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
• Stock Count များကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးပြီး စာရင်းတိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Reconciliation) ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း

Import & Customs Clearance

• Shipment Coordination အပါအဝင် Import Process အစအဆုံးကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Invoice, Packing List, BL (Bill of Lading) စသည့် Import Documents များကို ပြင်ဆင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
• Freight Forwarders, Shipping Agents နှင့် Customs Brokers များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း
• Customs Clearance Process များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို အချိန်မီ ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ရေး စီမံခြင်း
• Shipment Status များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Delay သို့မဟုတ် ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း

Logistics Coordination

• Transportation နှင့် Delivery Schedule များကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• HQ နှင့် Internal Teams များနှင့် Shipment Timeline များကို ညှိနှိုင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း
• Customer များ သို့မဟုတ် Project Site များသို့ Goods များကို အချိန်မီနှင့် မှန်ကန်စွာ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Compliance & Documentation

• မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ Import Regulations နှင့် Customs Requirements များကို လိုက်နာမှုရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Audit Purpose အတွက် Documentation နှင့် Filing များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိခြင်း
• Logistics Expenses များကို စောင့်ကြည့်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး Cost Control ပိုင်းတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related
field.
 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations and import/customs
clearance.
 Good knowledge of Myanmar customs procedures and import regulations.
 Experience working with freight forwarders and shipping documentation.
 Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems).
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
 Basic English Skills
