  • Supervise အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး ပစ္စည်းများကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာနေရာချထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ဂိုထောင်တခုလုံး၏ပစ္စည်းအထားအသို၊ ပစ္စည်းအဝင်အထွက်ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဂိုထောင်ဝန်ထမ်းများအားလုံးကိုစီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရမည်။
