သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Area အတွင်းရှိ Customer များထံ သွားရောက်၍ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Stationery ထုတ်ကုန်များကို ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ အော်ဒါကောက်ခံခြင်း၊ Customer Relationship တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Route အတိုင်း နေ့စဉ် Customer များထံ သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံရန်။
- Customer များထံမှ Order များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ကောက်ခံရန်။
- Product အသစ်များ၊ Promotion များနှင့် Price List များကို Customer များအား ရှင်းလင်းမိတ်ဆက်ရန်။
- Sales Target ပြည့်မီစေရန် အစီအစဉ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Customer အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ပြီး အရောင်းကွန်ရက် ချဲ့ထွင်ရန်။
- Customer Complaint များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက Supervisor သို့ တင်ပြရန်။
- Outstanding Payment များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- Competitor Products၊ Market Information နှင့် Customer Feedback များကို စုဆောင်းတင်ပြရန်။

- နေ့စဉ် Sales Report၊ Customer Visit Report နှင့် Order Report များကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြရန်။
- Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Job Requirements

- အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ။
- ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။

- Sales သို့မဟုတ် Distribution ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။
- Stationery၊ FMCG သို့မဟုတ် Distribution လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။

- အရောင်းနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးနိုင်မှု ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
- Customer Relationship တည်ဆောက်နိုင်သူ။
- Communication နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
- Microsoft Word၊ Excel နှင့် Mobile Sales Application (လိုအပ်ပါက) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
- Sales Report များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုနိုင်သူ။

- ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် အလုပ်အပေါ် စိတ်အားထက်သန်သူ။
- ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ပြီး နယ်မြေအလိုက် Customer Visit ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ။
- ဖိအားအောက်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီ ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ။
