  • ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် နေ့စဉ် Admin လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Attendance, Leave, Overtime နှင့် Employee Records များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
  • Recruitment လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များဖြစ်သည့် Job Posting, CV Screening, Interview Arrangement နှင့် New Employee Onboarding များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Personal Files နှင့် HR Documentation များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရမည်။
  • Company Policy နှင့် HR Procedures များကို ဝန်ထမ်းများအား အသိပေးပြီး လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် ပံ့ပိုးပေးရမည်။
  • Office Supplies, Equipment နှင့် အခြား Admin ပစ္စည်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။

  • ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • HR & Admin ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး **1–2 နှစ်** အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Recruitment Process နှင့် Employee Management အခြေခံများကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint နှင့် Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Interpersonal Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
