ယူနစ်အတွင်း ပျက်စီးသွားသည့်ပစ္စည်းများအား အစားထိုးပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
Aircon တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
Aircon နှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် complaint များအား ဖြေရှင်းရာတွင် ကြီးကြပ်ရေးမှူးနှင့် တွဲဖက်လုပ်ကိုင်ရမည်
ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းစနစ်များနှင့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စနစ်များအား စစ်ဆေး၍ အထက်အရာရှိအား သတင်းပို့ရမည်
အရေးတကြီး ပြုပြင်တပ်ဆင်ရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အစိတ်အပိုင်းများအား ဝယ်ယူထားရှိရန် စီစဉ်ထားရှိရမည်
Management မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော duty & responsibilities များအား ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
