Job Summary

The duties of a Direct Sales Manager include designing marketing and sales strategies, contacting potential clients, assessing customer needs, selling appropriate insurance plans, collecting client information, preparing reports, and planning records.

Job Descriptions

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Provide post-sales service; actively follow up with customer for premium payments and renewals.
  • Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction: Building a positive relationship with the customers. 
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Report to Alliance Business Development Manager.

  • Must be graduated.
  • Must have strong practice and experience in sales background such as Portfolio, Unit and Branch manager, Supervisor (Insurance, FMCG and Real Estate Field).
  • Proven experience as an insurance sales specialist or relevant role is more preferable.
  • Life Insurance License holder is more favor.
  • Hands-on experience with insurance related software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of insurance product marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Extremely strong salesperson mindset and customer services sills.
  • Be as an energetic person working on weekends as per business need accordingly.
  • Tech-savvy
