သတ်မှတ်Recipe နှင့် ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးအစီအစဉ်အတိုင်း မုန့်များကို အရည်အသွေးညီညာစွာ ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီးအကူဝန်ထမ်းများကို လက်တွေ့ကြီးကြပ်သင်ကြားရန်။

အဓိကတာဝန်များ   

  • ထုတ်လုပ်မှုအစီအစဉ်အလိုက် ကုန်ကြမ်းနှင့် မုန့်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
  • သတ်မှတ် Recipe အတိုင်း ကုန်ကြမ်းချိန်တွယ်ခြင်း၊ ရောစပ်ခြင်း၊ပုံဖော်ခြင်းနှင့် မုန့်ဖုတ်ခြင်းတို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • မုန့်အမျိုးအစားအလိုက် မီးဖိုအပူချိန်၊ အချိန်နှင့်အအေးခံမှုကို ထိန်းချုပ်ပြီး မုန့်အလေးချိန်နှင့် အရည်အသွေး ညီညာစေရန်။       
  • အကူဝန်ထမ်းများအား တာဝန်ခွဲဝေ၍ အလုပ်လုပ်နည်း၊ စက်အသုံးပြုနည်းနှင့်သန့်ရှင်းရေးကို သင်ကြားကြီးကြပ်ရန်။   
  • ကုန်ကြမ်းအသုံးပြုမှု၊ ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီးအရေအတွက်နှင့် အလေအလွင့်များမှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး ပြဿနာများကို တာဝန်ခံထံ တင်ပြရန်။    
  • ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ Recipe သို့မဟုတ် ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းများမပြောင်းလဲရန်နှင့် QC၊ ထုပ်ပိုးရေးအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Job Requirements

  • Bakery လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ်ရှိပြီးCookies နှင့် မုန့်ဖုတ်ထုတ်ကုန်များ ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။        
  • Recipe ဖတ်ရှုခြင်း၊ ကုန်ကြမ်းအချိုးအစားတွက်ချက်ခြင်းနှင့်Batch အလိုက် ချိန်တွယ်ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Mixer၊ Oven နှင့် ဆက်စပ်ကိရိယာများကို ဘေးကင်းစွာအသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်။
  • အရည်အသွေးညီညာမှုနှင့် ကုန်ကြမ်းအလေအလွင့် လျှော့ချရေးကိုအလေးထားရမည်။     
  • သန့်ရှင်းရေးစည်းကမ်း လိုက်နာပြီး အကူဝန်ထမ်းများကိုသင်ကြားပေးနိုင်ကာ အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အလုပ်ချိန်နှင့်နားရက် — တပတ်တရက်နား ၊ မနက်
  • ၇ ခွဲ မှ ညနေ ၅ ခွဲ ထိ ( နေ့လည်စာ စားချိန် ၁ နာရီ နား)
  • စမ်းသပ်ခန့်ကာလ— ၆ လ
