We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Appointment Setter. This role plays a critical part in our sales process by sourcing for potential leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments with our sales or consulting team. The ideal candidate is articulate, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Understand the business and source for leads in Linkedin and websites.

  • Lead Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage with potential prospects from targeted lead lists or marketing campaigns.

  • Qualification: Understand the client’s basic needs and business context to assess if they are a good fit for our services.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up qualified meetings or discovery calls for the sales team using shared calendars and CRM systems.

  • Follow-Ups: Execute structured follow-up sequences for leads that have shown interest but haven’t booked a meeting.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, statuses, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.

  • Scripting & Messaging: Use scripts or develop tailored messaging based on lead personas and industries.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with management to align messaging, improve targeting, and support campaign feedback loops.

  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as calls per day, appointments set, show-up rates, and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate in Bachelor Degree
  • Age must be under 35
  • 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking to decision-makers in a professional setting

  • Strong listening and objection-handling abilities

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Experience using CRM software

  • Prior experience in B2B services or corporate training space is a plus
