About Our Company

Sun Myat Tun, popularly known as SMT, was established by Dr. Nay Lin Tun in 2009. SMT mainly focus on High Voltage Power Transmission Line Construction in remote area and also carried out successfully many government Turn Key Projects.

In 2013, SMT begun developing & constructing affordable residential projects. The realization of the need for housing by local people led SMT to create a market of affordable modernized housing with monthly installment system which is connected several financial institution in Myanmar.

SMT has over 150 projects of Affordable , residential and modernized housing for low income group in 15 Townships inside Yangon. SMT has participated and involve in many other key projects in infrastructure and commercial mass market development in other states. We target to provide 10,000 apartments in 2022.
