  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်၊ စိစစ်ပြီး ထိန်းချုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Purchase, Inventory နှင့် Production/Operation အချက်အလက်များကို စစ်ဆေး၍ Cost Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ Costing ကို တွက်ချက်ပြီး အမြတ်အစွန်းကို သုံးသပ်ခြင်း။
  • Budget နှင့် Actual Cost ကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍ Variance Analysis ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Stock In/Out နှင့် Inventory Count များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်၍ ကွာဟချက်များကို စိစစ်ခြင်း။
  • Supplier Invoice များ၊ Purchase Order များနှင့် Receiving Record များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • လစဉ် Cost Report များကို အချိန်မီ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • ကုန်ကျစရိတ်လျှော့ချနိုင်မည့် နည်းလမ်းများကို အကြံပြုတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Finance၊ Procurement နှင့် Operation Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Management မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သည့် အခြားလုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  • Accounting၊ Finance၊ Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Cost Controller၊ Cost Accounting သို့မဟုတ် Finance ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (2) နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formula) ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Accounting Software (SAP, ERP, QuickBooks၊ MYOB စသည်) အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Cost Analysis၊ Budgeting နှင့် Inventory Control အကြောင်း နားလည်မှုရှိရမည်။
  • ဂဏန်းတွက်ချက်ရာတွင် တိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး အသေးစိတ်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်၍ Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အချိန်မီ Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြနိုင်ပြီး ဖိအားအောက်တွင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် လျှို့ဝှက်အချက်အလက်များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
