Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our services so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Follow up all complaints until customers get good services and are satisfied.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Telecommunication and Engineering background knowledge is preferable)
Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
Proficient in MS office word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have experience with customer support
Good command of English (Thai Language preferable)
Willing to learn and improve one's skill
Minimum 2 years experience in the customer service field
Can work 24/7 shifts and under pressure.
