  • ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲလ်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ ပြဿနာကို ဖြေရှင်းရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့်ကိစ္စများ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းရန် software/system ကိုအသုံးပြုရမည်။နေ့စဥ်/အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် ဖြစ်ပွားသော ကိစ္စရပ်များ ပြဿနာများကို သတင်းပို့ အစီရင်ခံ တင်ပြရမည်။
  • ပြဿနာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအတွက် IT အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးတွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ရမည်။
  • App စမ်းသပ်မှုတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • English Version
  • Have to communicate with related department upon issues
  • Have to use software/system to solve issue
  • Report Daily/Weeky/Monthly issue
  • Work with IT team for issue management
  • Will participate in app testing

  • IT ဘွဲ့ရ/အရည်အချင်းစစ် ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • IT ပိုင်း စိတ်ဝင်စားသူများလဲလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
  • Customer Serviceနဲ့ ပက်သက်ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Excel/Office နှင့် Report System ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • English Version
  • Prefer ro have IT Degree/Qualifciation
  • Newomwes are also welcomed
  • Good to have experiences with the customer sercie
  • Able to use Excel/Office and report system
