Ecommerce Support – Male/Female (1) Post

Responsibilities:

• အွန်လိုင်းစတိုး၏ နေ့စဉ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ ဝဘ်ဆိုက်သည် ရာသီအလိုက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာထုတ်ကုန်များ၊ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းစီစဉ်ထားသော ပုံနှင့်စာများ၊ ထုတ်ကုန်အသစ်များနောက်ဆုံးပေါ် update ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သေချာစစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအသစ်ပုံများတင်ခြင်း၊ ထုတ်ကုန်အသေးစိတ်အသစ်ထည့်ခြင်း၊ ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားသောထုတ်ကုန်ကိုဖျက်ခြင်း၊ စျေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲမှု၊ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းစနစ်ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ သတ်မှတ်အချိန်ဇယားအတိုင်းသတ်မှတ်ထားသောကြော်ငြာများထည့်သွင်းခြင်းအပါအဝင် အမျိုးအစားခွဲခြင်းနှင့် ပရိုမိုးရှင်းစနစ်အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။
• e-commerce စနစ်ထည့်သွင်းမှုတွင် ထုတ်ကုန်၏ အထက်တန်းအဆင့်အတိုင်း ထုတ်ကုန်များကို မှန်ကန်စွာပြသကြောင်း သေချာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

• Day to day management of the online store, ensuring the website is kept up to date with seasonally relevant products, promotions updated imagery and banners, new products, regularly updated category pages.

• Be responsible for managing the assortment and promotion set up which includes uploading of new product photos, adding new product detail, deleting a discontinued product, price change, promotion set up, advertisement set up on the designated schedule.

• Ensure products are displayed correctly following the product hierarchy in the e-commerce setup.

• Ensuring samples of new products are collected, photographed, and added to the e-commerce database ahead of launches.

• Ensure products are put live as per schedule.

• Coordinate with the Merchandise department for any e-commerce SKU issues.

• Coordinate with Area Manager for e-commerce store for any e-commerce Stock availability issues.

• Monitor product performance to ensure product and category pages are optimized efficiently.

• Liaising closely with the Head of Marketing for the visual merchandising of the site.

• Coordinate with Customer service and delivery service for any customer feedback or delivery issue.

• Monitoring and support ecommerce operational process.

• Analytics and reports for Ecommerce sales to Management.

• Support the IT Manager with ad hoc on-site projects and web developments by putting briefs together and submitting issue to the web development agency when necessary.

Requirements:

• မည်သည့် ဒီပလိုမာ (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီရသူမဆိုလျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
• အနည်းဆုံး 1နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် 2 နှစ် Ecommerce ဝဘ်ဆိုဒ်တွင်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လက်လီအရောင်းဆိုင် ERP စနစ် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းခွင်သုံးအဖွဲ့များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းရည်မှန်းချက်များ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန် အခြားသူများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။

• Any Diploma (or) Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of Ecommerce website focus experience.

• Knowledge of Retail ERP system

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with others to deliver business objectives
