Oversee and manage the company's overall financial operations.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure plans.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, income and expenditure, and working capital.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records.
Manage tax compliance, audits, and other statutory financial requirements.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, including managerial-level experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good understanding of applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
