Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving operational excellence and business growth.
Direct oversight and management of various departments and working closely with HOD.
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
Drive sales and commercial activities, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor activities, recommending appropriate actions to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with proven leadership experience in organizations with a headcount of 200 and above.
Strong understanding of profit and loss management and financial concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving results.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Strong experience in cross-border and multimodal transport operations.
Fluency in English and the local language is required.
