  • Recruitment process တွင် job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling များ support လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Staff attendance, leave records နှင့် overtime data များစစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • New employee onboarding process တွင် assist လုပ်ခြင်း
  • HR forms, letters, contracts နှင့် reports များပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း
  • Employee information များကို confidentially handle လုပ်ခြင်း
  • HR policies & company rules များကို staff များအား communicate လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Payroll preparation process တွင် support ပေးခြင်း
  • Office administration tasks များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • HR Manager မှ assign လုပ်သော duties များဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • HR/Admin experience အနည်းဆုံး (1) year ရှိသူဦးစားပေး
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
  • Communication skill နှင့် interpersonal skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Teamwork ကောင်းပြီး responsible ဖြစ်သူ
  • Confidential information များကို responsibly handle လုပ်နိုင်သူ
  • Basic English communication ရရှိသူ
  • Time management skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Fast learner & positive attitude ရှိသူ
  • Yangon area တွင်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ
