Administrative support to overall HR functions in HR Department.

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and appointing interview.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, internal transfer, and promotion letters.
  • Monitoring attendance, late and leave record.
  • Maintain proper filing of HR documents (hard copy and soft copy).
  • Assist in training programs, support employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives.
  • SSB registration process to new staffs and monthly SSB contribution process to SSB office.
  • Assist in payroll process and handling in HR software.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with Diploma/Certificate in HR
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Able to use HR software
  • Preferable near company location
