Resources Group Logistics Co., Ltd တွင် HR Executive အဖြစ် ဝန်ထမ်း onboarding, training support, HR/Admin ကူညီမှုများနှင့် payroll အချက်အလက်ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးရမည်။

Key Responsibilities
● ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များ၏ onboarding လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို စီမံကူညီပြီး အလုပ်ဝင်သင်တန်းများကို ထောက်ပံ့ရန်
● အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းလိုအပ်ချက်များအလိုက် training & development အစီအစဉ်များ တိုးချဲ့ရေးတွင် ကူညီရန်
● HR နှင့် Admin ဆိုင်ရာ မေးမြန်းမှုများ၊ တောင်းဆိုမှုများ၊ စည်းကမ်းနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို ဖြေရှင်းကူညီရန်
● Attendance, leave, absence စသည့် payroll အချက်အလက်များ စုစည်းကာ အစီရင်ခံပေးရန်
● Labor laws ကိုနားလည်အသုံးချပြီး HR/Admin လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို သေချာစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
● သတ်မှတ်ထားသော HR task များနှင့် department လုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

● Any Graduate ဖြစ်ရမည်၊ professional certificate ရှိပါက ပိုမိုသင့်လျော်သည်
● HR နှင့် Administration အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ်ရှိရမည်
● Labor laws ကို နားလည်ပြီး အခြေအနေအလိုက် မှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးချနိုင်ရမည်
● လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ကိုယ်တိုင်ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သော စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိရမည်
● အလုပ်များကို တပြိုင်နက်တည်း စီမံနိုင်ပြီး ဦးစားပေးခွဲခြား ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်
● ပြောဆိုရေးသားဆက်သွယ်မှုကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
● MS Office ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
● English စာ အခြေခံကောင်းမွန်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းသုံး ဆက်သွယ်မှုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
