Job Summary
အတွေ့အကြုံရှိ HR Supervisor အနေဖြင့် Training နှင့် Recruitment လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး၊ ခန့်အပ်ရေးနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။

Key Responsibilities
● Recruitment လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စီမံကာ သင့်တော်သော ဝန်ထမ်းများ ရွေးချယ်ခန့်အပ်ရန် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
● Training plan များ ရေးဆွဲ၍ ဝန်ထမ်းသင်တန်းများ စီစဉ်၊ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်၊ အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း
● HR policy, SOP နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းပြုပြင်ခြင်း
● ဝန်ထမ်းဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းအင်းများ၊ အချက်အလက်များနှင့် report များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း

● HR Activities event များ ပြင်ဆင် ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း

● ဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ staffing, onboarding, attendance နှင့် employee support ကို စီမံခြင်း

Job Requirements

● HR, Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
● HR Training သို့မဟုတ် Recruitment အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 3 နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိသူ
● Logistics/Transport လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်
● ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး team management skills ရှိရမည်
● MS Office ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
● Burmese language ဖြင့် ရေးသားပြောဆိုနိုင်ပြီး English အခြေခံတတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်
● စနစ်တကျ၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်း အလုပ်ပြီးစီးနိုင်ရမည်
