- Recruitment & Selection , Interview , Dismiss , Disciplinary Action လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို HR လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- HR မူဝါဒများ၊ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ၊ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်ချက်အစီအစဉ်များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- OHS မူဝါဒများနှင့် အစီအစဉ်များဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးခြင်း။
- Assessment ကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးပြီး HR Manager သို့ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြခြင်း။

- လိုအပ်ပါက Compensation & Benefit နှင့် T & D ပိုင်းများအား assist လုပ်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

- ဘွဲ့ရ (HRM Diploma/Certificate ရှိရမည်)
- Officer Level တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ minimum (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skill.
- Able to work under pressure and deadline.
- Must have knowledge of Labor Laws, Administration, T&D , Compansation and Safety.
