Job DescriptionPosted: Today
  • နေ့စဉ် Stock အဝင်/အထွက် စာရင်းများကို Bin Card တွင် Update လုပ်၍ Excel တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းရန်။
  • Production ဘက်မှ ပေးလာသော Production Batch များအား စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြု၍ Excel တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Account Department အား Update ပေးရန်။
  • Production ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် Waste များအား အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်စောင့်ကြည့် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  • Inventory Staff များမှ ခွင့်ထားသော Notes များအား မှန်ကန်မှုရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြု၍ Excel တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Account Department အား Update ပေးရန်။
  • Ground Stock, Bin Card နှင့် Excel လက်ကျန်အား ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ထားရန်။
  • Stock ကွာဟချက်များအား စစ်ဆေး၍ Adjustment Report အား ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရန်။
  • Beans, Raw Materials နှင့် Products များအား စနစ်တကျ နေရာချထားရန်။
  • Monthly Closing နှင့် Stock Count Process များတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  • Inventory ဆိုင်ရာ Documents နှင့် Files များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရန်။
  • လိုအပ်ပါက Inventory နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Reports များ ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

Job Requirements

  • LCCI Level 1, 2 သို့မဟုတ် 3 (Accounting Knowledge ရှိသူ)
  • Microsoft Excel & Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication နှင့် Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
