Production Team မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Production Timelines နှင့် အညီ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Creative Designs များအတွက် မိမိ Idea များအတိုင်း Design ထိုင်ပြီး MD ထံသို့ Report တင်ခြင်း၊ New Designs များအတွက် ပန်းထိမ်ဆရာများအား လိုအပ်သလို ကူညီပေးခြင်း။
Creative Designer များ လိုအပ်သော Production Materials များအား ကူညီရှာဖွေနိုင်ရမည်။
Inventory များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
စိန်၊ ရွှေ၊ ရတနာနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး Fashion အမြင်ရှိသောသူ/စိတ်ဝင်စားသောသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
မိမိလုပ်ကိုင်သော အလုပ်တာဝန်များအပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိရမည်။
အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ OTဆင်းနိုင်သူ၊ အပြင်သွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
