• ငွေစာရင်းစာအုပ် (Cashbook) ကို နေ့စဉ် Update ပြုလုပ်ပြီး စာရင်းဝင် Voucher များ (Receipt Voucher, Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher) မှန်ကန်စွာ ဖွင့်သွင်းခြင်း

• Petty Cash အသုံးစရိတ်များကို စာရင်းသွင်းပြီး Supporting Document များ ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း

• Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Payment Voucher စစ်ဆေးရာတွင် ကူညီခြင်း ၊အခြေခံစာရင်းများ (General Ledger, Sub-Ledger) ကို Data Entry လုပ်ခြင်း

• Bank Statement နှင့် Cash Balance တို့ကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်ရာတွင် ကူညီခြင်း

• Customer မှ Invoice တင်သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Supplier များ၏ ငွေပေးချေမှုများကို စာရင်းသွင်းရန်

• Outstanding List များကို Senior Accountant သို့ တင်ပြရန်

• ဝန်ထမ်းလစာစာရင်းကို Senior Accountant အတွက် စာရင်းသွင်းကူညီခြင်း

• အခွန်တွက်ချက်ရာတွင် အခြေခံစာရင်းများ (Tax Related Documents) ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း

• နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ် Cash Report များ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Senior Accountant သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း

• လစဉ်စာရင်းများ (Cashbook Summary, Payment & Receipt Report) ပြုလုပ်တင်ပြခြင်း

Job Requirements

- ဘွဲ့ တစ်ခုခု ရရှိ အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရာထူးနှင့် လုပ်သက် ၁နှစ်အထက်လုပ်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည် ။

- Accounting Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်လျှင် ပိုကောင်းသည်။
- ကွန်ပျူတာ Microsoft Office (Word , Excel , Powerpoint ) ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ချက်ချင်းဝင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (သို့မဟုတ် ) ရက်ပိုင်းလည်း စောင့်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- LCCI (1,2) ပြီးမြောက်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။

- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ရေရှည် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
