  • လက်ခံရရှိသောအကောင့်များကို အပ်ဒိတ်လုပ်ပြီး ပြေစာများထုတ်ပေးရမည်။
  • နေ့စဥ်ငွေပေးချေမှုနှင့် ပြေစာဘောက်ချာကို ပူးတွဲပါ လက်မှတ်အပြည့်အစုံဖြင့် ရေးမှတ် တင်ပြရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ် ငွေသွင်းငွေထုတ်စာအုပ်ရေးမှတ်ထားရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်နှင့် customer များထံမှ ငွေသား/ချက်လက်မှတ် စုဆောင်းပြီး ထုတ်ယူရမည်။
  • အကြီးတန်းစာရင်းကိုင်တစ်ဦး၏ ကြီးကြပ်မှုအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ရမည်။
  • ဌာနမှူးထံ နေ့စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် သတင်းပို့ အကြောင်းကြားရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ် ငွေသားလက်ကျန်နှင့် ဘဏ်လက်ကျန်များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

- စာရင်းဇယားပိုင်း စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး စေ့စပ်သေချာစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃)နှစ် အထက်ရှိရမည်။
