Client များ၏ ငွေချေးယူနိုင်စွမ်းအပေါ်် မူတည်ပြီး သင့်တော် သည့် ချေးငွေပမာဏကို အကဲဖြတ် သတ်မှတ်ပေးခြင်း။
Client များ၏ ပြန်ဆပ်မှုအခြေအနေကို စဥ် ဆက်မပြတ် စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
Client များ၏ ချေးငွေပြန်ဆပ်မှုများအတွက် ၁၀၀% တာဝန်ယူခြင်း။

English Version

Check client applications.
Client Interviews must be conducted.
Conduct evaluations for appropriate loan amount to the client.
Conduct continuous monitoring of customer repayment status.
100% responsible for customer repayments.
At least 10 clients must be evaluated per day.
Perform duties assigned by the Assistant Credit Manager.

ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
English အခြေခံကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်။
Communication ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပြသနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Computer ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး Social ( Messenger ,viber ,line ) များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Microfinance ဗဟုသုတရှိပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံမရှိလည်း လျောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

English Version

Graduate, preferably in finance, business, maths or science type degree
Basic proficiency in English
Strong interpersonal, Communication and Problem-solving skill
Computer skills and familiarity with communication apps such as Messenger, Viber and Line
Fresher also can apply if have Microfinance Knowledge
