  • Microfinance လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
  • ဒေသအခြေအနေနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအကြောင်း နားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

  • ကွန်ပျူတာ, Microsoft, Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ တိကျသေချာပြီး အချိန်ကို လေးစားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
