  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏စည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ ကောင်းမွန်သော အရောင်းဒေသများကို ရှာဖွေရန်။
  • အရောင်းအစီအစဉ်များနှင့် ရောင်းအားမြှင့်တင်ခြင်းများကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသောဒေသများတွင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။
  • အသေးစိတ်ဈေးကွက်လေ့လာဆန်းစစ်ခြင်းပြုလုပ်ရန်။ (ဥပမာ ဒေသအခြေအနေဆန်းစစ်ခြင်း၊ နေထိုင်သူဦးရေနှင့် အိမ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်သူဦးရေစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။)

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) ကျောင်းကိစ္စကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက်(၂၀ - ၂၅) နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁)နှစ်ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • နယ်မြေကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ 
  • လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း/အပြင်တွင် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
